The Superconducting Detectors and Instrumentation team is an instrumental research and development component, preparing for the development of future generations of ultra-sensitive detectors. The group uses several 2D and 3D electromagnetic design softwares, and has a microfabrication cleanroom dedicated to superconducting devices, as well as a cryogenic characterization laboratory.
